About

# Software built by the people who scope it

We are a software development team that builds web apps, mobile apps, SaaS products, and the integrations and automation that connect them, for companies that need working software rather than a slide deck.

Who we are

## What we build, and who we build it for

We build custom software: web applications, mobile apps, SaaS products, ERP and CRM systems, and the AI integrations and automations that connect them to the rest of a business. Most engagements start when an idea needs to become working software, or when an existing system has outgrown the team that built it.

We work with founders, CTOs, VPs of engineering and product, and heads of operations at companies across United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, European Union, UAE, Saudi Arabia. Some clients are evaluating a first build; others already have an in-house team and need capacity or a specific skill set for a defined piece of work.

How we work

## Commitments we hold ourselves to

- ### Senior engineers do the work
The engineers who scope your project are the ones who build it. There is no hand-off to a junior bench once a contract is signed.
- ### Your repository from day one
Code lives in your GitHub or GitLab repository from the first commit, and you have full access throughout the build rather than only at delivery.
- ### Weekly updates, regular demos
You receive a short written update every week and a working demo every two sprints, so progress stays visible between calls.
- ### No lock-in
We build with standard languages, frameworks and hosting, and document decisions as we go, so another team could pick up the codebase without starting over.
- ### Honest scoping
If a feature will not move the outcome you care about, we say so before you pay for it. Some conversations end with a recommendation not to build.

Team

## The team behind your project

Every project is led by a senior engineer and staffed from these roles, sized to the scope. You meet the people who would do the work before anything is signed.

- ### Engineering lead
A senior engineer who scopes the work with you, owns the architecture and stays on the project from discovery to launch.
- ### Full-stack engineers
Build the product sprint by sprint, open every change as a reviewed pull request and demo working software every two weeks.
- ### Product designer
Turns goals into flows and interface designs you approve before build, and keeps the design system consistent as features grow.
- ### QA engineer
Writes the test plan, automates the regression checks and signs off each release on staging before it reaches your users.
- ### Cloud and DevOps engineer
Sets up environments, CI/CD, monitoring and backups in accounts you own, so releases are routine rather than risky.
- ### Delivery manager
Runs the sprint rhythm, sends the weekly written update and makes sure decisions you need to take reach you early.

FAQ

## About us FAQs

Do you subcontract development work to other agencies?

No. The engineers assigned to your project are the ones who write the code, join your calls and stand behind the estimate, from discovery through launch.

Can we meet the engineers before signing a contract?

Yes. Discovery calls include the senior engineer who would lead the build, not only a salesperson, so you can ask technical questions before committing to anything.

Do you work alongside an in-house development team?

Regularly. We slot into an existing team's sprints, tools and code review process, or take ownership of a specific module while your team continues work elsewhere.

What happens if you think a feature we requested should not be built?

We tell you, with the reasoning, and let you decide. Honest scoping means saying no to work that will not move the metric you care about, even when it costs us the hours.

Which countries do you work with clients in?

We work remotely with clients across United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, European Union, UAE, Saudi Arabia, coordinating around each client's working hours and time zone rather than operating from a local office.
