[How we work](https://cyanorbit.com/process)

Digital marketing here means the strategy layer that sits above the individual channels: deciding how budget splits across SEO, paid search, social and email, coordinating the specialists running each one, and reporting on how a lead actually moved through those channels before converting. It is the coordination role for clients who need more than one channel working together toward the same number.

Attribution is usually the weakest part of a multi-channel program, not because the strategy is wrong but because the tracking underneath it is incomplete. A lead that saw a paid ad, read a blog post, and converted from an email three weeks later often shows up in reporting as a single, disconnected email conversion. We build the tracking infrastructure, server-side event tracking, CRM integration, cross-channel identity stitching, needed to see that full path, rather than reporting channel performance in isolation because that is what the default analytics setup happens to show.

Each channel underneath this strategy, SEO, Google Ads, social, content and email, is also available as its own dedicated service for clients who only need one. Digital marketing is for a client who wants those working from one plan and one number.

## Problems we are usually brought in to solve

- Every channel reports its own numbers and none of them add up to a coherent picture of what is working
- We are running SEO, ads and email through different vendors with no shared strategy between them
- We cannot tell which channel actually deserves credit when a lead converts
- Our marketing budget is allocated the same way every quarter regardless of what performed
- We need one team accountable for the whole funnel instead of five people pointing at each other

What we deliver

## Digital Marketing services

- ### Multi-channel strategy and planning
A quarterly plan covering SEO, paid search, social and email, with budget allocation tied to where the prior quarter's data showed the best return.
- ### Marketing attribution and analytics
Server-side tracking and CRM integration built so a conversion can be traced back through the channels that actually influenced it, not just the last click.
- ### Channel coordination
A single point of accountability across specialists running SEO, Google Ads, social and email, so messaging and offers stay consistent between channels.
- ### Marketing dashboard build
A reporting dashboard pulling from analytics, ad platforms and CRM data into one view, instead of five separate platform logins to check each month.
- ### Budget and media planning
Allocation recommendations based on marginal return by channel, revisited each quarter rather than set once and left unchanged.
- ### Campaign strategy for launches
Coordinated cross-channel plans for a product launch or major campaign, sequencing content, ads, email and social around one release date.

You receive

## Deliverables

How we work

## Our digital marketing process

1. ### Audit and baseline
A review of current channel performance, existing tracking setup and CRM data to establish what is actually measurable today versus what needs to be built.
2. ### Attribution and tracking build
Server-side tracking and CRM integration implemented so conversions can be attributed across channels rather than only to the last touchpoint.
3. ### Strategy and budget planning
A quarterly plan allocating budget and priorities across channels, built from what the tracking data actually shows rather than a fixed percentage split.
4. ### Execution and coordination
Channel specialists execute against the plan, with a shared calendar and messaging so campaigns launch in sync rather than on five separate schedules.
5. ### Reporting and reallocation
Monthly reporting against the plan, with budget reallocated the following quarter toward channels showing the strongest marginal return.

## Attribution built on real tracking, not a modeling guess

Most attribution problems start with data: the tracking setup simply does not capture enough of the customer journey to attribute it accurately, so any model built on top of it inherits the same gaps.

We start by fixing the data layer: server-side event tracking that survives ad blockers and browser privacy changes, and CRM integration so a closed deal connects back to the marketing touchpoints that preceded it. Only once that data exists does an attribution model produce something a budget decision can actually be based on.

## One plan, several specialists

A common failure mode in multi-channel marketing is each channel run by a different vendor with no shared visibility into what the others are doing, so a paid campaign launches the same week an email send cannibalizes its own audience, or content promotes an offer the ads team already retired.

We run channel execution under one shared calendar and one strategy owner, so a specialist running Google Ads and a specialist running email are working from the same campaign brief rather than reacting to each other's activity after the fact.

Budget

## What drives cost and timeline

- ### Number of channels in scope
A plan covering two channels is a narrower engagement than one coordinating five, since each additional channel adds its own execution and reporting layer.
- ### Tracking infrastructure maturity
A business with no existing server-side tracking or CRM integration needs that infrastructure built before attribution reporting is possible.
- ### Ad spend under management
Paid channel budget size affects the operational effort of campaign management, separate from the agency fee for strategy and execution.
- ### Reporting complexity
A single combined dashboard pulling from multiple platforms and a CRM takes more setup time than reporting within one platform's native tools.

FAQ

## Digital Marketing FAQs

Do we need to hire you for every channel or can you manage just some?

You can start with the channels you already need coordinated and add others later. Digital marketing strategy work is most valuable once at least two or three channels are running, since coordination and attribution are the core value; a single-channel need is usually better served by that channel's dedicated service directly.

How do you measure which channel actually drove a conversion?

Through server-side tracking and CRM integration that captures every touchpoint a lead had before converting, not just the last click before a form submission. That data feeds a multi-touch attribution view showing how channels contributed across the full journey, rather than crediting one channel by default.

Can you take over from our current mix of separate vendors?

Yes, and we usually start with an audit of what each existing vendor is doing and what tracking already exists, so nothing gets rebuilt unnecessarily. From there we either coordinate the existing vendors under one strategy or transition specific channels to our own specialists, depending on what is working.

Do you set the budget split across channels or just recommend one?

We recommend an allocation based on marginal return by channel and revisit it quarterly as data comes in, but final budget decisions and total spend remain yours to approve. The plan is a living recommendation tied to what the tracking data shows, not a fixed annual split set once.

How does this differ from hiring a Google Ads or SEO specialist directly?

A single-channel specialist optimizes that one channel in isolation. Digital marketing strategy sits above that, deciding how channels should work together, where budget should shift between them, and how to measure the combined effect, which a channel-specific engagement is not scoped to do.

What CRM and analytics platforms do you integrate with?

Most commonly HubSpot and Salesforce for CRM data, connected through server-side tracking and automation tools like n8n where a custom integration is needed. If your stack uses a different platform, we scope integration feasibility during the initial audit before committing to a tracking build.
